Example Use Case

A camera monitoring an entry gate illustrates this feature's value. When employees forget to disarm the system upon entry, you can modify that particular camera's response from "send police" to "call the contact list to verify."

The central station will then contact you before dispatching police, allowing you to confirm whether the detected person is an authorized employee. Meanwhile, all other cameras maintain their "send police" setting — since the gate camera wasn't triggered first, as would occur with an employee who properly entered and disarmed the system.

This selective customization approach balances security with operational efficiency and reduces unnecessary law enforcement responses.
