Account Management
Contact the support team via phone, text, or email to suspend your central station account, which will stop monthly monitoring charges.
Redeployment Process
When ready to reinstall at a new location, reach out to reactivate your central station account. You'll receive a blank Central Station Information form to complete and return. This allows the central station to update site details, contact information, and email addresses.
Battery Considerations
Consider installing fresh batteries during redeployment if current batteries exceed one year of age. While you may purchase batteries independently, only select SAFT brand batteries to ensure compatibility and reliability.
